.) Working internationally allowed her to see the impact of the garment industry on both people and the planet, both of which were troubling.

.) At the age of 32, she left her job, and after a brief stint at Central Saint Martins in London, she created her first line while living in Cambodia.

.) After spending the better part of decade wandering the planet and working on Public Health issues impacting women around the world, she needed to do something creative, and started looking in markets, bazaars and anywhere she could find fabrics.

.) Working internationally allowed her to see the impact of the garment industry on both people and the planet, and she decided that couldn't be the only way. She wanted to make beautiful things that would make women feel amazing, but not at the cost of the environment and the people who make them.

.) A year later, Caitlin moved to Los Angeles and launched her current brand, Decker.

.) Decker's pieces are made in Downtown LA, and this collection uses cupro and linen.

.) Each piece is adjustable, and the clothes are made to change with you and last longer.

.) Caitlin hope is that the clothing is timeless, fit a range of bodies and ages, and that they can be worn for years to come.

.) Her NYFW 2020 collection was inspired by the colors of California, the utility of Cambodia, and everything her grandmother wore on vacation.

.) The Adalinda Sustainable Fashion Show is her first show at fashion week.
